My husband and I both work full time. During March 2010, we needed a child care provider for our 8 month old daughter. I found Ms .Lynda Claver on the Craigslist website. She has been providing Child Care services for my daughter since then.

Lynda and her staff are extremely loving and nurturing. My daughter feels completely safe and secure in her home. She offers many various educational activities (such as professional music lessons) as well as healthy snacks and meals. The kindness and patience in which she shows to all of her children is outstanding. Her home is always clean and child proof.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Lynda as a child care provider for any other family in need of day care services. With her experience and strong abilities to connect with children, she can definitely offer everything a family would be looking for in a provider.

Sincerely,
Tourya Berri

Lynda's Babyland was the first place outside the family to care for our son George and we are very pleased we made that decision. During his time there we have watched him grow as a person and make friends. He learned so much. At the time George started attending Lynda's Babyland he didn't speak any English (we speak Bulgarian at home), but thanks to Lynda's wonderful care he is now fluent in English.

George always enjoyed attending daycare...showing up with a smile and coming home with a smile. Lynda was very good at providing a safe, structured enviroment for the kids by allowing fun activities, snack times, nap time and play time. Lynda and her assistant are very caring, compassionate, kind and provided a lot of love to my son.

Lynda was also very helpful with my older son Boris, who used to go there on no-shool days and he always had a great time.

George was very sad when he left (because of financial reasons his grandpa takes care of him now) and he is still asking about Linda , Anna and his friend there.

We higly recommend Lynda's Daycare. Your children will received all the love and care they need.

We've had our son at Lynda's for 7 years and are so happy we chose her! Our son, as with many children, went through his "issues", but Lynda never gave up on him. She recognized the problems, helped us to find help for him, worked with us, and encouraged our son to become the best person he could be. Today, he is a well-adjusted, smart, happy little boy - and we are so glad that we made the right choice to go with Lynda!

Lynda seems to care about all of her daycare children like they were her own. She shows kindness, empathy, and respect to both children and parents - which is so important when looking for daycare. We're so glad that she loves our son as much as we do!! Since he is in school full-time now, he looks forward to his time off from school, so that he can go back to Lynda's and play. He is happy to be her little helper now, but admits that "taking care of little kids is really hard work!" Thank you, Lynda, for working so hard to make our child so happy!! It really means the world to us to know he is happy and safe with you!!!!

Sincerely,
Jake and Jill

P.S. It made me smile to see that his little face is still on your home page!!! What a great picture!! :)

Dear Parents:

I wanted to tell you what a great experience I had with sending my daughter to Lynda’s Babyland. Catie started with Lynda when she was only 8 weeks old. I thought it was great that at the end of the day when I would pick her up, with the detailed sheet Lynda would give out, I never had to wonder how long she napped, what/when/how much she ate, did she have a dirty diaper. All I would have to do is look at the sheet and know exactly what Catie did that day. I also enjoyed that when I would pick her up after work, she was not always doing the same thing. Some evenings Lynda would be holding her, some evenings she would be in the swing, other evenings in a bouncy. She was a very happy, active baby.

As Catie got older, she always came home smiling and laughing and in a good mood. I contribute this to her being so happy at daycare. I enjoyed the craft projects she would bring home, even at an early age. I loved seeing the pictures that were taken during the days, giving me a look as to how she spent the day. She loved “music days” and still goes around the house singing. And I still received the detailed report of what she ate and when.

Most of all, Catie was never sick. Unlike a larger daycare setting, Catie only went to the doctors for her regular well check ups and she didn’t have to get her first prescription for anything until she was 18 months old, when she got pink eye from her older siblings. This is because Lynda keeps the infants in a different space than she keeps the toddlers, and doesn’t let anyone touch the babies. As a working parent who does not get to use sick leave for a sick child, I appreciated this because I never had to take a vacation day to care for a sick child.

These are just a few reasons that I would recommend Lynda’s Babyland to perspective parents. A child spends so much time with their daycare provider. That person has a great influence on a child. And in the case of my child, I give shared credit of her happy, caring, sweet disposition to the care she received from Lynda and her assistant.
